Meditation, our minds are constantly tuned into a fast paced technology filled world and we are reacting to things put in front of us all of the time, taking a few minutes to clear our minds, close our eyes and breathe with intention can do wonders for our overall state of stress.  If you are high strung I recommend meditation after you have completed exercise so your body can calm down and relax.  If you are unsure about how to meditate download a guided meditation app and start with that.

Exercise, any form of exercise like Pilates, yoga, running, walking, swimming, works in similar ways as meditation as far as giving you time to clear you head and sort out your thoughts.  Exercise also has additional hormonal benefits like releasing mood boosting endorphins, regulating insulin levels and it help maintain weight.

Get a massage.  Massage has been used for hundreds of years as a stress relief, the Chinese believe it blocks negative energy channels.  The relaxation of massage helps clear the mind relieve physical tension from stress like tightness in the neck, back and shoulders.  Massage also helps lightly detoxify the body resulting in an overall mood improvement and outlook.
